Branch Manager

The role of Sales and Marketing Manager at our branch involves overseeing all sales and marketing activities. You will be responsible for assessing the local market conditions, identifying sales opportunities, and analyzing competitors" pricing strategies. It will be your responsibility to achieve goals and metrics, such as NPS and improving grades. Collaboration with the Sales Team is essential to drive sales effectively. In addition to sales and marketing, you will also be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the branch, including product distribution and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their journey. Coordinating and managing branch staff, including administration, teachers, security, and office personnel, will be part of your daily responsibilities. Furthermore, collaborating with the Product Team on application-related matters and monitoring the academic processes within the branch are key aspects of this role. This includes managing scheduling, ensuring quality control, implementing effective pedagogy, and monitoring class ratings. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, with 1-3 years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations. Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, along with strong communication skills. Attention to detail, customer service orientation, and knowledge in people management are essential. Additionally, having some knowledge or experience in K-12 Education, particularly in SD, SMP, SMA Grades, would be advantageous.,
