Branch Manager

As a Courier Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction of your specific branch. Your main duties will include managing staff, logistics, and ensuring sales targets are met while upholding company policies and procedures. You will be in charge of various operations and logistics tasks, such as overseeing efficient pickup and delivery schedules, managing inventory of courier materials, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinating with other departments and handling customer inquiries and complaints will also be part of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating staff, providing performance feedback, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Building strong relationships with customers, monitoring branch expenses, and developing sales strategies to achieve profitability are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, as a Courier Branch Manager, you will analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and explore new business opportunities. Developing marketing strategies, representing the company at local events, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations will also be crucial aspects of your role.
