Job Description

Branch Manager - Microfinance

Job Purpose

Responsible for achieving critical parameters such as business targets, portfolio management, and minimizing employee attrition as required by management. Owns team management within the branch, ensures adherence to people metrics, and drives all necessary compliances for the branch.

Major Challenges

Managing and reducing employee attrition
Maintaining portfolio quality and monitoring performance as per defined targets
Ensuring compliance on all business parameters and achieving zero audit findings for the branch

Required Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:
Graduation
Work Experience:
4-6 years in Microfinance JLG business, with a minimum of 2 years as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager
