Job Description

1. Branch Setup & Development Establish and develop the branch from the Scratch. Ensure regulatory compliance, and implement operational processes. Drive branch expansion strategy across the South Gujarat region. 2. Business Development (B2B & B2C) Acquire and manage both B2B partners (IFAs, sub-brokers, franchise partners) and B2C clients (retail & HNI clients). Create and execute business growth plans aligned with company strategy. Develop local market penetration strategies and generate quality leads. 3. Team Leadershipv Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing branch team. Drive sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity. Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and branch goals. 4. Operations & Compliancev Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning. Maintain compliance with SEBI, Exchanges, and internal policies. Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction. 5. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and business updates.
