Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations and Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all activities align with company policies and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of operations, logistics, and documentation staff.
• Monitor performance metrics, productivity, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources and control branch budgets.

Customs Compliance and Clearance:

• Serve as the official point of contact for customs authorities.
• Oversee and execute customs clearance processes for import/export shipments.
• Ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade laws.
• Resolve any customs-related issues or delays in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and customs procedures.

Client and Vendor Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, port authorities, and logistics providers.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on customs requirements and documentation.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high levels of expertise and efficiency.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance awareness.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Customs G Card holder (mandatory).

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in customs clearance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, HS codes, import/export documentation,and clearance procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with port operations and international shipping practices.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
