Job Description

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio management:

    Handle the profit and loss (P&L) for the branch's housing loan portfolio, with a focus on collection efficiency and minimising non-performing assets (NPAs).
  • Staff and operations:

    Managing a team of employees and overseeing daily branch operations.
  • Sales and targets:

    Developing and achieving sales goals for the branch.
  • Customer service:

    Delivering customer service and growing the branch's revenue.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience hiring and training individuals
