Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager – Health Agency, based in Panipat. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key tasks include meeting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring branch performance. The role also involves managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in insurance products, particularly health insurance
• Experience in sales strategies and achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage branch operations effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
