As a Branch Manager at Grand Royal Tours in Erode, your role will involve overseeing daily branch operations, managing and motivating a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional travel solutions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building partnerships, handling client inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving business growth in the region. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing staff capabilities, organizing promotional activities, and implementing efficient operational practices to meet organizational goals effectively.
