Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies. Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients. Oversee team management, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for cost savings initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of customer service. Desired Candidate Profile 8-12 years of experience in courier & logistics industry, preferably in a leadership role. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Capability to manage multiple locations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively under pressure. Strong operational knowledge of courier processes, including lending operations & Sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets through innovative marketing campaigns.
