Branch Manager
Role Summary:
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring profitability, employee performance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor branch performance, sales figures, and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Handle customer grievances and resolve escalations efficiently
- Coordinate with the head office for regular reporting and policy implementation
- Plan and execute local marketing or promotional activities
- Maintain discipline, morale, and motivation among the team
Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- 8+ years of team/branch management experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and basic financial handling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
