Role Overview: As a Branch Manager at Aham HFC, you will be responsible for driving the business targets, lead generation and management activities, business process flow and management, team recruitment & training, and portfolio quality management. Your role will be crucial in achieving the disbursement targets, meeting weighted average yield targets, and ensuring portfolio growth and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve disbursement targets for Housing & Mortgage Loans and insurance premiums - Meet the Weighted Average Yield target assigned to the branch - Drive portfolio growth and retain existing customers - Monitor Sales Officers" activities and ensure a steady flow of business - Empanel direct sourcing agents for major sourcing channels - Plan and execute marketing activities with a monthly calendar - Monitor productivity of Sales Officers to meet monthly norms - Ensure housing loan file logins adhere to product & policy norms - Visit locations to appraise loan proposals - Ensure proper documentation of housing loan files for sanction - Manage post-sanction documentation and disbursement documentation - Recruit sales officers, provide training, and maintain productivity levels - Manage portfolio quality and close outstanding post-disbursal documentation - Handle delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions for regularisation Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: Under Graduate / Post Graduate - Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in Housing Loan is a must Note: No additional details of the company are provided in the job description.,
