Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Achieve Disbursement targets on Housing & mortgage Loans and insurance premiums. - Meet the Weighted Average Yield target set for the branch. - Drive Portfolio growth and focus on retaining existing customers. - Monitor Sales Officers" activities and ensure a consistent flow of business. - Empanel direct sourcing agents to maintain a steady business flow from major channels. - Plan and execute marketing activities with a monthly calendar, monitoring daily progress. - Ensure Sales Officers meet productivity norms monthly. - Manage housing loan file logins adhering to product & policy norms. - Conduct location visits for loan proposal appraisals. - Maintain complete documentation for housing loan files and post-sanction processes. - Ensure customer satisfaction for all loans sanctioned and disbursed. - Recruit and train sales officers, ensuring productivity levels align with company norms. - Manage portfolio quality, close outstanding post-disbursal documentation, and handle delinquent accounts effectively. In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate should have: - Educational Qualification: Under Graduate / Post Graduate. - Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in Housing Loans.
