Branch Manager – Agency Channel

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for the Agency Channel with a strong background in life insurance operations. The ideal candidate should be a local resident of Abu Road and capable of leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the agency sales team to achieve business targets.

• Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents.

• Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

• Maintain strong local market relationships to enhance business reach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in life insurance (agency channel) is mandatory.
• 5+ years of leadership experience as Branch Manager or equivalent.
• Excellent team-handling and people management skills.
• Local candidate preferred (Abu Road or nearby areas).
