We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead and grow our agency channel in a designated territory. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of agents, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve peak performance.
Set and track individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and provide necessary support.

Business Development & Growth:

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and achieve business objectives.
Identify and cultivate new agency partnerships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Explore and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
