The job involves handling walk-in enquiries and providing support to customers at the branch for KYC and documentation up keeping. You will be responsible for customer services and orientation, as well as in-house cross-selling of various products within the branch premises. Additionally, you will be required to make interest collection calls, update existing customers, and handle some backend work at the branch. Prospecting and identifying new leads, pitching to clients, and providing service to existing customers are also key responsibilities.
