Job Summary:

Branch Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing:

• Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.
• Lead the sales team to generate revenue through sales, partnerships, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective advertising campaigns.
• Supervise the distribution of publications to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Analyze circulation trends and implement strategies to boost subscriptions and readership.
• Lead the advertising sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with local advertisers, businesses, and media agencies.
• Assess ad effectiveness and ensure brand consistency in all campaigns.

2. Finance & Accounts:

• Manage branch budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
• Ensure financial compliance and monitor profitability, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

3. Administration:

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions like procurement, facility management, and office supplies.
• Supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient branch operations and accurate record-keeping.

4. Reporting & Compliance:

• Provide regular reports on branch performance to upper management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Any Bachelors degree. MBA preferred.

• Experience:

  8-10 years. Experience in Media Industry will be an added advantage.
