Job description Position: Branch Manager Industry: Steel/Manufacturing Role Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales, managing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily branch operations, including inventory and logistics. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships. Lead, train, and motivate branch staff. Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accuracy.
