Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of our Karnal branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to achieve sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure quality service.
• Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Training Details:

• Location: Chandigarh Branch
• Duration: 15–20 days (Unpaid)
• Facilities Provided During Training: Accommodation & meals by the company.
• Salary: Will start from the date of joining at Karnal branch.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation or equivalent qualification (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in branch management/sales leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
