Branch Head / Branch In-Charge

You will be responsible for driving the growth of banking business at the branch level through business development and customer servicing. Your role will also include developing customer acquisition strategies and establishing/maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals/organizations. You will be held accountable for overseeing overall administration, MIS reporting, compliance, and service quality at the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Drive growth of banking business through business development and customer servicing - Develop customer acquisition strategies - Establish and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals/organizations - Oversee overall administration, MIS reporting, compliance, and service quality at the branch Qualifications Required: - Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline - Minimum 6+ years of experience in Banking operations and managing regulatory requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Team building and team management skills are highly valued Additionally, you are expected to have a strong understanding of banking knowledge and banking operations.,
