Branch Credit Manager-Rural

As a Branch Credit Manager-Rural in our Retail Banking division, your main responsibility will be managing the entire credit application process from login to disbursement. You will play a key role in implementing credit policy initiatives and ensuring the quality of the portfolio. Building direct relationships with consumers to evaluate their creditworthiness, completing verifications, and adhering to company credit policies are crucial aspects of your role. Your tasks should be executed in a manner that supports sales while managing risks to contribute to the bank's organizational objectives. Your roles and responsibilities will include conducting credit appraisals to mitigate business risks, maintaining Credit Turnaround Time (TAT) for business growth, managing delinquencies through personal visits and root cause analysis, and conducting random visits for verification authenticity. You will also be responsible for managing post-disbursement documents, maintaining credit Management Information System (MIS), ensuring audit compliance, and supporting operational activities for the branch. Monitoring and reviewing the retail credit portfolio performance regularly, providing recommendations, and contributing to portfolio management programs will be part of your duties. Your educational qualification should include a Graduation degree in any field, and you should have at least 2 years of experience in credit. Additionally, you will be expected to recommend process changes to enhance service efficiency and quality, suggest improvements to processes and policies within Retail Banking for operational efficiencies and superior customer service.,
