Job Description

  • FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY- Age-32-45yrs)
  • Oversee day-to-day branch administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate between head office and branch teams for reporting, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and other digital tools.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and communication across branches.
  • Assist in coordinating branch events, meetings, and visits.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, expense statements, and branch performance updates.
  • Build strong relationships with branch teams, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with prior experience in administration and operations (branch-level experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable, and a good team player.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Office.
  • High IQ with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Sales administration: 7 years (Required)
