, based in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for centrally supporting all branches with activities related to branch launches, audit reviews, and data management. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and process alignment across the branch network.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in monitoring daily branch operations for compliance with internal policies.Support in reviewing transaction documentation and exception reports.Help prepare branches for internal and external audits.Track closure of audit observations and maintain compliance records.Compile and maintain operational MIS reports for control manager review.Assist in data collation for dashboards and regulatory submissions.Log and track operational exceptions raised by branches.Coordinate with relevant teams for resolution and documentation.Act as a liaison between branches and control team for operational queries.Support in disseminating updated SOPs and compliance circulars.Maintain organized records of approvals, exceptions, and audit reports.Ensure timely filing and retrieval of operational documents.What We Are Looking ForEducation

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Banking certifications (optional but preferred).
  

Experience

• 23 years in banking operations or back-office support.
• Internship or exposure to branch banking preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
