Branch Civil Set-Up/ Autocad -Food Industry

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and evaluating vendor performance to meet company standards. Additionally, you will need to identify and implement cost-cutting measures to optimize budget, monitor costs associated with infrastructure projects, and develop cost tracking systems for budget adherence. Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the food industry, conducting market research to identify opportunities for infrastructure improvements, and analyzing competitor activities will be crucial aspects of your role. Your negotiation skills will be put to the test as you negotiate contracts with vendors, resolve disputes, and align negotiations with company objectives. Research and Development will also be a key component, involving conducting R&D for innovative infrastructure solutions, collaborating with internal teams for implementation, and evaluating the feasibility and impact of new projects on the franchise network. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture field, with at least 5 years of experience in setting up commercial or industrial facilities. Strong understanding of building regulations, multitasking abilities, market knowledge, cost-cutting skills, negotiation expertise, and proven experience in vendor coordination, cost management, and market analysis in the food industry are essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software applications, are also required.,
