Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Financial Management:

    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Preparing and analyzing financial reports.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Ensuring a customer-centric approach within the branch.
    • Maintaining and nurturing customer relationships.
    • Providing excellent customer service throughout the loan application process.
  • Team Management:

    • Recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
    • Managing and motivating branch staff.
    • Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback.
