Job description
Qualification required: BCOM, with working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel
Lanaguages: Englsh, Hindi, Kannada
Co-ordinate with Depot.
To record all transactions relating to branch like purchases, sale , expenses , receipts , payments etc,Generate E-invoice and Eway bills when required as per price listVendor reconciliation.Travel bills verificationCo-ordination with State Sales staff for Balance ConfirmationReceivables follow-up.Monitor agewise o/s, work on scheme discountsMonthly stock , sales , collection and sales reportPrepare GST statementAdministrative activities of branch like maintaining dealership forms, monthly staff attendance etc.Involve in HO activities like filing of GST and TDS returns, audits etc
