Customer Concern Engineer

  • Conducting joint inspections at OEM sites and signing off liabilities
  • Analyzing warranty return samples and identifying root causes
  • Coordinating with internal departments and suppliers for resolution
  • Monitoring IPTV, PPM, and warranty cost metrics
  • Preparing warranty reports, MIS, and customer submissions
  • Driving closure of customer audits and warranty projects

Key Skills:

Warranty Analysis | Field Quality | Root Cause Investigation | Customer Interaction | ISO/TS 16949 | Drawing Reading | Cost Monitoring | MIS Reporting | Supplier Coordination

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong technical knowledge in product and process quality
