Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and communication-skilled BPO Telecaller to join our customer support team. This role focuses on debt collection and recovery processes through outbound calling activities. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls for debt collection and recovery processes Engage in cold calling to reach potential clients and debtors Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers Maintain professional communication during collection calls Meet daily/monthly calling targets and recovery goals Document all customer interactions and payment commitments Follow up on promised payments and maintain accurate records Required Skills: Good verbal communication skills in English (Basic level required) Strong negotiation abilities Patience and persistence in handling difficult conversations Basic computer skills for data entry and call logging Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
