Job Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
2. Sales Strategy Development: Implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales and drive customer satisfaction within the internet and wireless product lines.
3. Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and to motivate team members.
4. Customer Engagement: Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
5. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge, ensuring the team stays updated on new offerings and technologies.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to upper management, outlining team performance and strategic insights.
8. Recruitment: Assist in hiring and on-boarding new team members to maintain a high-performing team.
Qualifications
1. Education: A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
2. Experience: Previous experience in sales management, particularly in the telecommunications or technology sector, is valuable.
3. Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to meet and exceed targets.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with AT&T's products and services, along with an understanding of the telecommunications industry and market trends.
