BPO PE & Fund Accounting Analyst

As a Private Equity Analyst at NTT DATA Services, your role involves a variety of responsibilities to support the financial operations of our client, a leading global provider of asset and wealth management solutions. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team in Gurgaon, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash management, and client service. Your attention to detail and drive to broaden your knowledge in the financial services industry will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Booking Journal Entries based on bank statements and client information - Preparing Bank Reconciliation and maintaining financial logs - Generating monthly financial reporting packages for Hedge Funds, including determining "Net Asset Value" and preparing financial statements - Processing capital activities such as calls, distributions, transfers, and capital commitments - Deriving pricing for portfolio investments and updating status reports - Managing daily cash flow of trades and fund cash-flows - Processing incoming and outgoing cash movements related to capital activity - Preparing bespoke reports to address client requests - Completing cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations independently and resolving discrepancies - Managing a team of professionals, conducting personnel duties, and identifying process improvements - Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, and serving as a point of escalation for complex customer issues - Managing Risk and Control agenda, including audits and identifying process gaps - Working with senior management to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization Qualifications Required: - University degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting - 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of financial instruments and capital markets - 4+ years of service-oriented role experience with external customers - 3+ years of experience using MS-Excel with advanced functionalities - Ability to lead a team, manage conflicts, and work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday starting after 5 pm,
