Job Description

As a Private Equity Analyst at NTT DATA Services, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the financial operations of our client, a leading global provider of asset and wealth management solutions. Your role will involve: - Booking journal entries based on bank statements and client information. - Preparing Bank Reconciliation and maintaining financial logs. - Compiling monthly financial reporting packages for Hedge Funds, including determining "Net Asset Value" and preparing the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Profit and Loss Statement. - Ensuring accurate accrual of fund income and expenses, in compliance with relevant accounting standards. - Processing all capital activities accurately and timely, such as calls, distributions, transfers, rollups, and capital commitments. - Deriving pricing for portfolio investments and updating status reports. - Managing cash flow of trades on a daily basis and monitoring fund cash flows. - Handling incoming and outgoing cash movements related to capital activity. - Preparing bespoke reports to address client requests. - Independently completing cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations, and investigating and resolving any discrepancies. - Managing a team of professionals, conducting personnel duties, and accomplishing established goals. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending enhancements in systems, services, and processes. - Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, serving as a point of escalation for complex customer issues. - Contributing to managing the Risk and Control agenda, including audits, interfacing with auditors, and identifying process gaps. - Collaborating with senior management to identify opportunities for cost savings, FTE reduction, and optimization. Desired Qualities: - A drive to broaden your knowledge of the financial services industry and apply new concepts and systems to daily work assignments. - Attention to detail to ensure high-quality and accurate deliverables consistently. - University degree or equivalent with 3+ years of formal studies in Finance/Accounting principles. - 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of financial instruments, operation of capital markets, trade life cycle, and reconciliation. - 4+ years of experience in a service-oriented role involving correspondence with external customers. - 3+ years of experience using MS-Excel with advanced capabilities. - Ability to lead a team, manage conflicts, and have prior team-leading experience. - Availability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday (Shift starts after 5 pm).,
