BPO International Voice Hiring Support Process

As part of the BPO International Voice Hiring Support Process team, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of consumer inquiries of FIS products and services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Resolving a targeted percentage of consumer inquiries by providing customer support via phone, email, or instant message - Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying root causes, and using appropriate tools and resources for resolution - Escalating technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department - Tracking and documenting inbound support requests to ensure proper notation of customer problems To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-5 years of experience working on International BPO Voice Process - Knowledge of the company's products, services, and business operations - Excellent customer service skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in computer navigation and operation - Effective people skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Willingness to work 24/7 including night shifts and ability to multitask It would be considered an added bonus if you have knowledge of FIS products and services, as well as the financial services industry and basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
