Responsibilities: Outbound Calls II Customer Service II Survey || Information Collection Manage Outgoing calls and customer service inquiries Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
