As a Customer Support Executive in our International Customer Support team based in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our global clients through various communication channels like voice calls, emails, and chats. - Handle inbound and outbound customer queries with precision and efficiency using appropriate tools and methods - Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while upholding high levels of customer satisfaction - Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to deliver consistent service - Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as necessary - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for future reference and analysis To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer concerns - Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Comfort working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment - Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and typing speed - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required We welcome applicants who are either fresh graduates or experienced individuals from any educational background.
