BPO Chat Support (International)

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team in Jaipur. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to global clients through both voice and non-voice channels.

This is a work-from-office role based in Jaipur, and candidates from across India are welcome to apply. A relocation bonus and 14 days of hotel accommodation will be provided for selected candidates relocating from other cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer queries via voice (calls) and non-voice (emails, chats) processes
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good listening skills and ability to understand customer concerns
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing speed, etc.)
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (if required)

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Location: Open to candidates from PAN India willing to relocate to Jaipur
