Role: Workflow Analyst Developer (Intermediate)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Management (BPM) Specialist with knowledge and experience in data analytics, business process optimization SQL query language, and workflow development using Tibco and/or similar tools. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing, optimizing, and automating business processes to drive operational efficiency and business transformation. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes using process mining tools and methodologies.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data for reporting and decision-making.
• Support SAP ERP projects by identifying and mapping business processes, ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and provide BPM solutions.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the success of process improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to drive business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Document current and future state processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
• Provide training and support to teams on BPM tools and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BPM, process mining, and ERP solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in BSc Informatics, BEng Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Business Process Management or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Good understanding of Python and other coding tools.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems and their business process frameworks.
• Experience in data analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with business process automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in BPM, RPA
• Experience with machine learning and AI-driven process optimization. (Beneficial not critical)
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
