Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BOQ / Quantity Surveyor to prepare, verify, and manage Bills of Quantities for our projects. The candidate will play a key role in cost estimation, tendering, and ensuring budget compliance throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Assist in tender documentation and bid evaluation.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure BOQ accuracy.
• Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost control reports.
• Verify contractor/subcontractor invoices against BOQ and actual work done.
• Update BOQs as per change orders or revised designs.
• Support the Project Management team in budget planning and forecasting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control (preferably in interiors/construction).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, rates, and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
