Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy integration processes using
Dell Boomi AtomSphere
platform.
Support and maintain existing B2B integrations, including EDI transactions, AS2, FTP, APIs, and other partner communication protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Monitor and optimize performance of integration processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and support procedures.
Assist in onboarding new trading partners and configuring connections.
Provide production support, including incident management and root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies.
