Bookkeeper

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and assisting in month-end close processes using QuickBooks Online. This is a full-time, onsite position with growth potential and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online

• Manage AR/AP cycles including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

• Assist with month-end close and reporting

• Generate accurate financial statements and internal reports

• Ensure proper classification and timely recording of all financial transactions

• Collaborate with international client teams on financial reporting and deliverables

• Maintain organized documentation and records

Qualifications:

• CA Fresher, CA Dropout, Post graduate degeree in commerce

• 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• Good Excel and data handling skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
