Boiler Operator

As a Boiler Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring boilers and auxiliary equipment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating and monitoring boiler and auxiliary equipment. - Adjusting controls to regulate the flow of steam or hot water. - Performing routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery. - Repairing or replacing defective parts using hand tools and power tools. - Keeping detailed records of operations, maintenance, and repairs. - Diagnosing and resolving boiler malfunctions. - Collaborating with the maintenance team to diagnose and resolve boiler malfunctions. - Handling emergency situations, such as equipment failures or leaks, promptly and effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Boiler Attendant Second Class Certificate. - Previous experience as a boiler operator with a thorough understanding of boiler operations. - User-friendly with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on boilers and auxiliary equipment. - Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to boiler operation. - Understanding of IBR regulations for boiler operations. - Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces. Please note that the salary is negotiable, and the minimum age requirement is 25 years. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
