Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Boiler Operator/Technician to manage and maintain boiler systems in our manufacturing facility
The ideal candidate should have expertise in boiler operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety compliance to ensure smooth production processes

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and other heating systems
Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure efficient boiler performance Monitor pressure, temperature, and fuel levels, ensuring compliance with safety standards Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues to prevent downtime Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of boiler operations Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to optimize energy usage

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

Knowledge of boiler operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Experience with steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and pressure vessels Familiarity with industrial safety standards and environmental regulations Ability to read technical manuals and operate control systems

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively

Education & Certifications:

ITI/Diploma in Boiler Operation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Boiler Attendant Certificate (1st or 2nd class preferred)

Experience:

2+ years of experience as a Boiler Operator/Technician in a manufacturing industry
Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries is an advantage
