Role Overview: A Body Shop Advisor plays a crucial role in automotive repair shops, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and managing repair tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities will involve providing guidance to customers, coordinating with technicians, and overseeing the scheduling, quoting, and billing processes for body shop services. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers to understand repair needs and provide status updates. - Prepare accurate cost estimates for body work and repairs. - Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs. - Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction. - Maintain records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions. Qualification Required: - Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or MMV. - Experience in customer service, particularly in an automotive environment. - Knowledge of body shop operations and vehicle repair processes. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting. - Proficiency in relevant scheduling and billing software.
