You should possess the ability to meet and greet customers in a friendly manner and establish rapport effectively. It is essential to have knowledge of the preparation, processing, and interpretation of repair orders as well as automotive systems and repair techniques including manufacturing and paint finishes. Additionally, you should be capable of estimating the cost and price of necessary vehicle repairs and be able to train team members in this skill. Having knowledge of new models and product improvements based on technical services bulletins is crucial for this role. You should also be familiar with warranty guidelines and have the ability to apply them to warranty repair orders. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses. The work schedule is during the day shift.
