Job Description

Maintenance and repair: Perform routine checks, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, lighting, and other automated systems.
System monitoring: Use the BMS software to monitor system performance, adjust variables, and analyze data to improve energy efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems with control and monitoring systems, which can include issues with alarms, sensors, and controllers.
Equipment replacement: Renovate and replace faulty equipment as needed to maintain optimal performance.
Reporting: Record system values and maintain logs to build a database for analysis and reporting.
