JD FOR BMS OPERATOR

Experience:

Job Summary:

BMS (Building Management System) Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, operate, and control building systems through the BMS software.
Identify and respond to alarms or faults in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and safety systems.
Perform routine checks and record system parameters.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and corrective actions.
Maintain logs and reports of daily BMS activities and system performance.
Ensure optimal operation of energy systems and adherence to safety standards.
Support preventive maintenance schedules and assist in system upgrades.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or the facility manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation.
0–2 years of experience in building operations or facilities management (freshers with relevant training may apply).
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with BMS software (Schneider, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.) preferred.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and at site location (Koyambedu).
