Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, and functional testing of BMS systems (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, security). Configure, test, and troubleshoot control logic, set points, and graphics for BMS operation. Integrate BMS with third-party systems using protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks). Calibrate and validate sensors, actuators, VFDs, and field devices for accurate system performance. Prepare commissioning reports, test sheets, and as-built documentation. Coordinate with contractors/clients and provide system handover with training to end-users. Calibrate sensors, valves, actuators, and field devices for accurate system performance.
