What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate?Roles & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BMC Helix ITSM, along with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. As a BMC Helix Developer, the candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing BMC Helix ITSM solutions to meet the organization's business needs.

What is the expectation from the candidate’s current role/profile?
Expectation from candidate role: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design BMC Helix ITSM solutions accordingly. Develop and customize BMC Helix ITSM applications, forms, workflows, and other components to meet business process requirements. Configure and administer BMC Helix ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management. Implement integrations with other IT systems and third-party applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
