BMC Helix Infra Engineer

As an Infrastructure Engineer in the open Contract to hire position, your main role will be to design, develop, and implement BMC Helix ITSM solutions to meet the organization's business needs. You should have a strong background in BMC Helix ITSM and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design BMC Helix ITSM solutions accordingly - Develop and customize BMC Helix ITSM applications, forms, workflows, and other components to meet business process requirements - Configure and administer BMC Helix ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management - Implement integrations with other IT systems and third-party applications Qualifications Required: - Proficient in BMC Helix ITSM administration, configuration, and customization - Strong understanding of ITIL processes - Hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM development: 3 years required Please note that the work location for this position is in person at Trivandrum, Kerala.,
