Job Description

This role is looking for candidates who will be responsible for designing and developing complex workflows and integrating it with other automations ( via Rest api, Jenkins etc ) within the BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advance platform, specifically focusing on creating advanced service catalog items and automating their associated processes using the workflow designer tool.

Must Have:

Strong experience in designing Complex BMC Helix DWP Advance Catalog Workflow.
Strong Experience in designing integrations.
Experience in custom BMC Helix Innovation Suite AR System/ITSM Development ( Not Remedy administration).
Experience in writing and executing SQL queries.
Experience in consuming REST API call.

Good To Have:

Knowledge with scripting Language Bash or python ,
Jenkins experience in Automation.
Working experience on Linux environment

Mandatory skills*

Strong experience in designing Complex BMC Helix DWP Advance Catalog Workflow.
