Job Title: Bluecoat Network Security Engineer
Please find the below JD
Manage and support Symantec BlueCoat ProxySG and ASG appliances.
Monitor proxy performance, availability, and logs.
Implement and troubleshoot web access policies and URL filtering.
Handle change management tasks related to proxy configurations.
Troubleshoot user access issues related to web filtering and proxy.
Apply software and signature updates/patches as required.
Coordinate with vendors and Level 3 support for escalations.
Maintain documentation related to proxy rules, configurations, and architecture.
Generate reports and support audits and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with BlueCoat ProxySG / Advanced Secure Gateway (ASG).
Understanding of web filtering technologies and categories.
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP).
Familiarity with PAC file and CPL (Content Policy Language) configuration.
Good understanding of network protocols HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP.
Work Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Notice period: Immediate/serving notice period or 30 Days
