Blockchain Engineer

As a Blockchain Engineer at KeyValue, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain-based applications and smart contracts. Your key responsibilities will include implementing security protocols, cryptography, and consensus algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions, optimizing systems for performance and scalability, and conducting research to propose improvements to existing frameworks. You will stay updated on the latest blockchain trends and technologies to ensure the continuous enhancement of our projects. To be a great fit for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in blockchain development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, JavaScript, or Python is essential, as well as hands-on experience with frameworks like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Solana. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Web3.js, Express.js, Truffle, Hardhat, or other blockchain development tools, along with a strong understanding of smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and dApps. Your problem-solving skills, proactive approach to challenges, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities will be crucial for successful collaboration within the team and technical documentation. While familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts is preferred, it is not mandatory. Similarly, experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying blockchain solutions is preferred but not mandatory. Any experience in developing or integrating NFTs, DeFi, or other blockchain-based use cases will be a plus.
